Warehouse logistics is a partial field of logistics in businesses that have to keep stocks. This involves systematically storing and managing goods in warehouses. Companies use certain logistics software as helpful tools to optimize warehouse management. In this way, processes such as product entry, transportation and storage can be made more rational. There is also a separate profession that is trained for the field of warehouse logistics: Warehouse logistics specialist. This specialist is responsible for logistics planning and organization. Duty; receiving the goods, completing the order transactions, loading, stacking, transporting and packaging. Goods must be stored according to their condition and properties (e.g. solid, liquid, explosive, toxic, perishable) and in accordance with the technique. Apart from this, loading plans should be prepared taking into account legal specifications and tour plans. Warehouse logistics ensures the organization and improvement of the flow of materials, information and value from purchase to sale.
